You may have read in the news that the A-Rod is now an instructor at Yankees' minor league complex in Tampa. He played his final game on August 12. You probably thought, as I did, WTF? He’s not exactly a role model. As luck would have it, a confidential source gave me the proposed curriculum that the A-Rod might use. Here it is:
