must assume not only the addressee but also someone else as well as the NSA may read our e-mails. That is not all. Google takes information from almost all of its services (Gmail, Picasa, YouTube and search) to learn more about its users.
I wrote about using e-mails at work in my e-book, Leadership for New Managers: Book Two. I wrote:
“Electronic mail tends to become permanent records once sent. E-mails have been the undoing
of many a leader and even organizations and politicians. Most organizations will have policies on the use of organizational e-mail. Leader/managers should master their official e-mail software.”
“Social networks can also get leaders into trouble. Use common sense. Leader/managers should never send anything that they do not want their employer or associates to see.”

You may have heard the news about the firing of a woman who was too attractive. That incident was a revelation for me. That explains why I have not been hired after being unemployed for two years. I am just too attractive to hire. If you don’t believe me, just look at my pictures. I also have a video on my web site. I am now in the process of reviewing my entire photographs in an effort to make myself less attractive. It’s not easy being so good looking.
