1. George Davis, a candidate for #San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors went naked in #Times Square in #NYC. What? I guess he hoped to nail the absentee ballots from NYC. He opposes the public nudity ban introduced by his opponent, claiming that nudity is a form of expression. Yeah, it is, just like profanity. I’m surprised anyone noticed.
2. In Switzerland, the Swiss Parliament suspended an employee who took a naked picture of herself at work. The picture ended up in the media. They should hire Anthony Weiner.
3. In Austria, police charged a woman with disturbing public decency, a misdemeanor. She was riding her bike nude. She has a record of public nudity.
Society needs to reconsider its attitude about public nudity. Many of the problems of the world would be avoided if everyone was nude. Consider war -- if armies were nude, there would be less war. Nudity would eliminate the issue of concealed weapons. It would make security checks at airports quicker. In fact, security would improve just about everywhere. Suicide bombers would certainly be easier to spot. Political candidates would have nothing to hide. I could go on, but you get the idea.
