I never saw a calorically challenged person there. The only time I saw a fat person was when I looked in the mirror. Everyone was jogging, biking, walking or working out. It’s the most physically fit state in the USA. I found it hard to believe until I figured it out. The parking spaces are very narrow; so narrow that a heavy person would not be able to get out of their car once parked. I don’t think it’s an accident. Calorically challenged people either starve to death trapped in their car or leave the state. I actually saw a heavy-set person approach a parking space, put his car in neutral and push it into the slot.
The second observation is Colorado has the longest stops lights in the nation. I’m certain I saw two people on different occasions who had died and slumped over the steering wheel. They are so long that I decided to start writing my next novel while waiting for the light to change. I wrote three chapters in one week.
