Plays and Screenplays

The first play, Saint Maichael and Job, is a two act play based on the Book of Job from the Bible. It is a modern version where Job is a computer programer. He loses his job, his wife dies, and his kids run away. On top of that he suffers several medical problems. However, he does not forsake his faith in God. He is also supported by three good friends, Tom, Dick, and Harry. God is played by three people that show the different aspects of God. The devil is also played by multiple characters. In the end, God sends St. Michael to help Job. Job starts his own business, finds true love, and his kids return home.

I wrote this play right after my wife died of cancer in 2000. It was good therapy for me. It was intended to be a comedy. I hope you enjoy it.
